I got in the car with Mom and Dad for the long road trip from Canada into the heart of NYC!! We arrived at our hotel that afternoon (the Times Square Marriott Marquis), then walked across the street to eat at Junior's. That was the first of many fantastic NYC experiences on that trip, where a city that was once at the bottom of my list redeemed itself!!
