MM ~ 90's

Longer than normal... 27 random memories/fads from my childhood -- the 90's decade!!

1.  Home Improvement - who didn't love JTT!?
2.  Full House - "Whatever happened to predictability..."  I know every episode and still watch it when I can catch it on TV!  Have mercy...  Oh mylanta...  How rude...  You got it, dude!
3.  Saved by the Bell - ahh, Zack Morris :)
4.  The super-famous 'Rachel cut' from Friends - tried it; can't pull it off.
 5.  Dunkaroos... we loved these things (me the chocolate and Rach the white-with-sprinkles icing)
6.  Baking chocolate chip cookies, and eating the dough! =)
7.  Cheese toast - lol  A definite childhood favorite!
8.  Psalty tapes - that and GT and the Halo Express. =)
9.  SUPERBOOK!!!  I learned (and still picture the cartoons to this day) so many great Bible stories with Chris and Joy and Gizmo at the house "just down the street and around the corner."
 10.  "She is so adorably clueless!"  Loved the movie, and I so badly wanted to be Alicia Silverstone back then!
11.  Country Music videos... Rach was obsessed with CMT for a bit, and we had all the songs and videos memorized!
12.  I read all these Sweet Valley Twins books about Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield (Jess = Rach; Elizabeth = me) =)
13.  TITANIC - 13 times in theaters!  I still know the Hollywood Theaters intro song from back then.
 14.  My Little Pony... we had several of these and a tiny pink hairbrush for their hair. lol
15.  Samantha, my American Girl Doll... she was so classy and dignified. lol
16.  Erin, my favorite beanie baby bear! =) Rach collected tons of them!
17.  Polly Pocket - I always liked those toys!
18.  Nike - because Rach and I were far more sporty back then! lol
19.  PowerBead bracelets - 1999
20.  Hackey sack... so many memories with Clint and Ty and "Little Lord Fauntleroy!" =)
21.  POGS - again, memories with the Wallaces.
22.  Rollerblades - Rach and I used to "pair skate" around our circle driveway!! lol
23.  Scrunchies and tying the shirt to make it sleeveless... yikes. :)
24.  The Brer Rabbit stories - especially memorable because Splash Mountain brings it back to mind every time.
 25.  Britney, back when she actually was that innocent.  This was our first "secular" CD purchase. :)
26. "Soooo tell me what you want, what you really really want!"
27.  Point of Grace... we dressed up like this CD cover and filmed lip-sync music videos more than once.  (I was Teri, the one in the striped shirt and overalls. lol  Be jealous.)
