Hilarious greeting quote from Lauralai Allison when we went to walk at Crescent Park recently and she came in a very modest tank top and shorts (rather than the usual pants & t-shirt):  "I really apologize for the gratuitous nudity happening here!" lol

A happy Les Mis inspired poem I posted to her FB the day before her race:

This was pretty awesome and surprisingly emotional to me (not that it shouldn't be emotional - I just wasn't expecting it in myself) ...but we walked through the Memorial after the race, and several runners had put their race medals and #s on the chairs in honor of certain bombing victims... mmm, yeah, that still gets me.
