18K Scrunch-Up Challenge

Okay, this'll be my last New Yearsy thing, I promise. lol

(This idea was inspired by Candace Cameron Bure, aka DJ Tanner from Full House and Fuller House! lol)

So she put out a FB challenge to do 18,000 push-ups in 2018... sounds daunting, but then she said it breaks down to 50 a day for 360 days, which didn't seem so bad!

So this wasn't in my original goals, but I love number stuff like this, and this feels very doable... so when I saw her challenge last night, I decided to go for it!!  
...100 down, 17,900 to go! lol  

Mine is the "18K Scrunch-Up" because I'm shooting for 50 squats, 50 crunches, and 50 push-ups for 360 days this year -- it requires minimal time and effort and it's a good daily habit to start! I'm keeping track of it on my wall calendar and will double up whenever I need to! =) I'm starting with girl push-ups and simple crunches, but I'm guessing I'll improve on all of these as the year goes forward.

Anyway, just sharing this tonight in case anyone else wants to join me (and 90% of Candace's FB followers). lol  That's all for today! ❤
