iPhone TEN

The evolution of technology during my lifetime is dizzying... with computers, internet connection, storage media, and especially with phones, we've come a long way!!  From landline phones to cordless home phones to the bag phone for cars to cell phones, it's been quite the journey.

From playing Snake on the old school Nokia 5110 phone...

To dramatically flipping the Motorola RAZR phone shut when I wanted to hang up on someone... (only happened a couple times, but it was pretty satisfying). lol

To creating a unique ringtone for each friend on the Blackberry Pearl... 

To buying my first iPhone on this day ten years ago, 9-5-2009!!  (Mentioned here.)  I've never considered another brand since then, so kudos to Steve Jobs and Apple for their amazing work designing this thing!
*The first app I downloaded that day was Facebook, and second was the Bible App. I remember that because I felt guilty that I didn't pick the Bible first. lol

I will say I miss the smaller versions of the iPhone, and I hope they start trending back down in size.  (Here are two of my favorite old phone covers next to my current glittery red phone for size comparison.)

Anyway, hooray for my ten-year iPhone-iversary!
