Thankful Thursday! (74)

"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."

Today, I am thankful for...

1. Kristin and her newborn twin baby boys all doing well and recovering and getting stronger in the hospital!

2. Kristin and Frankie's pastor and other friends from their church being there to support them and pray with them! (Seeing the church be the church always makes me happy!)
3. God prompting me to slow my anxious thoughts down and choose to pray and trust Him on my way to the hospital.
4. Hearing the doctor report that Mom's back may not need another surgery after all -- that the bone has grown and stabilized things a bit, and they'll just keep watching that for now. So thankful to hear that, and continuing to pray there!
5. The Bravermans! ;-) I've been watching Parenthood on Netflix every night, and I'm down to the last 5 episodes of the last season. I already know what happens, and I'm sure I'll cry again when I watch the last one!

6. Ruth - for letting us use her Big Cedar cabin several times, and for being so kind and helping build me back up when I joined her group almost 10 years ago!
7. The joy and openness/softness that these two bring to my heart!! =)


Facebook has informed me that today is both National Pizza Day and National Bagel Day. Now, if that doesn't make you think of Planet Fitness, I don't know what will! ;-)
