 Carter Lee, you are awesome because...

• You're good at lightening the mood and making people laugh and feel more comfortable!
• You're smarter than you think you are!
• You work hard at school, and you're great at math (a difficult subject for some of us)!
• You love to play and have fun, and you prefer being outside to video games!
• You did an awesome job with your part in the Christmas play this year (and your speech at the Presidential Tea the year before - both pictured below)!
• You're a naturally gifted athlete, and you practice regularly to keep getting better!
• You're competitive and strong-willed enough to work hard and succeed when you really care about something!

• You love summer and the lake, and you're brave enough to try big jumps and back flips!
• You go out of your way to help people when they need an extra hand carrying things in or someone to grab the door for them.
• You do not tend to love family-photo-shoot days, but your "I'm-over-it" expressions never fail to make me laugh!
• You have a lot of natural charisma - you're the coolest 10 year old I know for sure!
• You are resilient and you are kind, and those are two of my favorite qualities!
• You stay quiet when you need to process something difficult, and I understand that.
• God loves you and cares about everything you go through, and He will complete the good things he has begun in your life!

All that to say... I am thankful to be your aunt, and I'm excited to see what God has in store for your life!! ❤
