1. My 33rd Birthday, 2017 -- Probably my favorite of my own birthdays... brunch with Mom, Dad, Rach and the kids... then a fun hair appointment for pink streaks in my hair... Andolini's dinner with the girls... then a bonfire and s'mores and deep conversation at the Wilson farmhouse - everyone in the circle shared something meaningful... then everyone saying nice/encouraging stuff about me! lol (Not hard to see why this was a favorite!)
2. The Birth of Kyndal Faith, 2013 -- This was the only birth I've ever been present in the room for, so that's something I won't forget! The Mini Miss K was a preshface from the very beginning, with her eyes open wide ready to see everyone that first day! I loved being there and meeting and holding my one and only niece for the first time! ❤
3. The Birth of Jace Michael, 2012 -- A very memorable day, from getting the phone call that Rach was in labor to driving to Merritt's to get a Happy "0" Birthday cake... to making it in plenty of time to watch movies as Rach slept through contractions, then meet the Jaceman and take some photos just a few minutes after he was born! ❤
4. Chet's Juwanna Mann Party, 2015 -- Another super memorable party... a fun night at Gary's place that included Cane's for dinner, a hilariously terrible movie (a childhood fav that wasn't as good as Chet remembered), a judgment-free night swim, an ice cream bar and Ludger's cake, a group prayer, and Chet saying kind things about each of us (I still have my paper from that night)!
5. JEM's 33rd Birthday, 2013 -- Fun group of friends going to Red Rock for dinner, followed by a Baylor cake and s'mores at The Phoenix, followed by dancing fun at Legends! This was also the year I made the J-E-M letter gifts and got to join the boys for "tea time" at McAlister's. lol Lots of fun times and great pics! =)
6. Kyndal's 5th Birthday, 2018 -- A great family day at Grand Lake to celebrate K-Faith's 5th birthday! It was a really pretty day and we had fun times on the boat, plus swimming with the kids, plus tasty cake and ice cream and presents!
7. Dad's 65th Birthday, 2018 -- Such a fun day! Jill, Mom, Rach, and I took pics while the guys went rafting at Riversport Rapids (thanks to Chet for that idea), then we all went out for a tasty dinner at Charleston's and looked through some old pics as the guys told stories from their 40+ years of friendship! =)
8. The Birth of Tate Haywood, 2018 -- I was so excited to get the call during Jace's 6th birthday party... I drove back that night and ordered a Walgreens photo gift using the only pic I had of Tate, then went to the hospital along with the Moss fam to meet him the next day! Gary was there and I was so happy to be there for the moment when he read and slowly caught on that Tate's middle name was named after him! I also remember that Teresa and I had dinner at Olive Garden that night - fun times! =)
9. The Birth of Ellie Faye, 2019 -- This was also the day after the birth, and this time it was reversed with the Wilsons joining me to go meet the newest member of the Moss fam at the hospital! Precious Ellie was sleeping and happy to let us hold her! We signed her baby book, and I brought a mother/daughter journal and some strawberry cupcakes. It was also fun seeing Nurse Jessica stop by and hearing how everything had gone for them. =)
10. My 30th Birthday, 2014 -- Vegas, baby! ;-) And my first trip to Mon Ami Gabi!! This was a really fun one... the Vegas 7 going to a birthday brunch together (tasty waffles and mimosas) then watching the fountain show one last time (and a surprise bonus song) and lounging in the pool chairs before our flight back! I also really love the memory of all seven of us in the hotel room at the Bellagio the night before when my friends did a countdown and rang in my 30th birthday at midnight! ❤
