Four in Four... Happy December!

Well, December has arrived... and thus far, I've been to four parties in four days! :)

First was Andolini's in Broken Arrow to celebrate Laura's birthday Thursday night!  I got her a Fleet Feet gift card and they asked if I'd like to put it in this tiny adorable shoebox. #yesplease :)

Hooray for Andolini's!  Great pizzas, excellent "Opulent Mac n' Cheese," good salads, and fun atmosphere (even fun for kids, according to my sister). :)

Friday night was P.F. Changs, celebrating both Jenna and Laura's birthdays with my five favorite single ladies!  And tasty lettuce wraps and chicken lo mein! :)

Then we got a random pic with the stone horse outside! lol

And after that, Tiffany and I went to Brookside Starbucks (crazy line at Utica) for some snickerdoodle hot chocolate and good conversation! :)

Yesterday (Saturday night), Rach threw a party at her house for all the boys in Triston and Carter's classes!  How cute (and awesomesauce frosting) is this cookiecake!?  Love it!

MiniMiss K watching her show, just sitting on the table with her rainboots on. So much cuteness! And I love her little accent... "Mmm, I smull pancakes!  ...Did you get say-rup!?" ;)

Mom and Dad watched J&K during the party... here's Dad and Jaceman, a/k/a Ranger O.B. and the T-Rex!! lol

Little Shiloh Jolie-Pitt. ;-)  She's just so pretty!

Once again, Rach buys something that would never have occurred to me, but it turns out supercute! :)

Rach was impressive coordinating their video scavenger hunt! :)  I went and picked up the pizza... and they learned quickly that planning parties for boys is much different than planning for girls (all we did growing up)... the 8 large pizzas and Josh's chili were all gone in under 30 minutes!

=)

Then tonight was a birthday celebration for Dentist Gary, a/k/a Gare-Bear!  This first pic = Jeff telling Kelly each of the Golden Girls' names! lol

This = the taco shells catching on fire... JEM, Chet, and Karli rushed to blow out the flames... Kelly was telling them to put it in water... Kyle was busy turning off the smoke alarms... and me... well, my first thought was to document the fire with pictures! lol
Evan: "Lindsey went Facebook Live with that one!" :)

TK, Chet Lee, Gary, Jeffrey, and Evan! :)  I'm thankful for them all!

Gary, Kathleen, and Laura... Gary and LB are birthday buddies on December 1st!  :)

The night had a memorable and entertaining ending with Chet and Laura perusing Match.com to find someone for me. A few possibilities, and lots of laughter and fantastic quotes that I'm saving for a later post!

Anyway, December is off to a good start! It's such a busy month - lots of fun activities and events, but it kinda makes me tired thinking about it all. lol I'm going to do my best to be fully present and enjoy all of it! And I'll end this post with a quote from my "On This Day" last year...

"Christianity is not a promise to enjoy a life without pain nor to be given a shortcut through it. It is a promise that pain, sorrow, sin - ours and others - will not swallow us, destroy us, define us, or have the final word. Jesus has won the victory. And in Him, so have we." ~Stasi Eldredge
