I love this. Kids do not repeatedly shut down and tune others out for no reason.
Kind of interesting - basically resolving to work on the weaknesses of each type. I do want to be more assertive and willing to confront when needed. As a counselor, I'll need to improve on those leadership skills and being able to steer the conversation, especially with really quiet or really strong-willed clients!
