Foundation and Framing

I loved this idea when I first heard about it.  I believe there is real creative power in our words, especially when we speak and/or write God's Word.  I want the presence of Jesus + hope + love + peace + strength to permeate the atmosphere of my new home!  Early Saturday morning, I drove to the house and wrote verses on my framing and foundation.  It was hot out there, but this was worth it.  I learned that 50 symbolizes freedom, release, and a new cycle, so I chose the 50 verses below... 38 down, 12 to go.

*I realize that these words without faith and action are not enough... God's Word holds power and blessings when I seek Him in prayer and choose obedience in my daily life, making choices that reflect my deepest values.  So I am determined to keep improving there, to be devoted and take my calling seriously.  And to make this home and any other future homes of mine a place where Jesus is always welcomed and honored!
