Today, I am thankful for:
1. An ever-expanding growth mindset, feeling excited about learning new things and outgrowing old mindsets and expecting good things ahead!
3. Every detail of this night, which will live brightly in my memory as a pivotal and transformative event. I recognize that none of it was coincidental, and I'm deeply grateful.... more on that HERE.
4. The Tina Turner musical... lots of great songs and impressive singers, and an inspiring story of someone who moved out of victimhood and stepped into her strength!
5. The Mini Miss K and her brothers, who are enjoying their first day of summer 2024 today!! ❤
6. Self-compassion and grace and outside support and help when we need it!! *P.S. I feel the need to mention that I'm aware "yourself" should be one word here. =)
7. Wisdom and direction from God. ...About some big internal questions, not physical directional sense... I have GPS for that! ;-)
*I'm also very grateful for having time off work at the courthouse this week -- it has not been especially restful since there is still grad school and grief groups and 2 internships with counseling sessions, but it's been incredibly productive and fruitful for me, and I'm so happy about the extra time with God and the extra peace and support and knocking several things off my to-do list... huzzah!
