Day 17: A Favorite Photo of Yourself and Why You Like It
We all know I have a plethora of pictures to choose from - these are four among my many, many favorites! :)
Who doesn't love Glamour Shots, circa 1993? lol
Me and Rach (3rd and 1st grade) feeling super grown up and amazing in our poufy sequin tops, massive bling earrings, and hella-big hair!
This was an unexpected treat and still makes me laugh. It was the night of Bobbi's first "Christmas Shenanigans" event - an epic girls night pajama party where we watched Elf and The Holiday, drank hot chocolate, and ate Christmas snacks and desserts! Anyway, we got this group pic at the end of the night by setting my camera on a timer... and somehow, it randomly highlighted me with an awesome, glowing halo. Hilarious, especially with Ally and Natalie's evil expressions on both sides of me! lol
I chose this one because it was the perfect hair length, style, and color for me - I like to change it up, but I'll come back to this red and bangs someday. I also love that peasant shirt and those earrings, and I like that I look kinda sassy. lol
Finally, this was taken last night after our Red Rock dinner... a cute pic by the fire with a group of friends that I really love and treasure! We toasted and celebrated the real estate success and generosity of Chettles, laughed and talked about Sarah's fishing escapades, planned a group trip to Florida and a possible T-Swift concert weekend in Dallas, and discussed Lord of the Rings. ;) There was also some "limone" gelato and a quick trip down memory lane (to 8-26-13) with JEM on the swing behind what used to be Yolotti. Made me extra thankful for good times with true friends!!
I'm really liking this challenge, but I'll like the break when it's done too. lol
