Happy 2nd Birthday to the effervescent little Miss Parker Elizabeth!! We celebrated yesterday with a brunch party at the Wilson home. So much cuteness in her little Moana dress and heart of Te Fiti necklace!
I was quick to capture it when selfie mode made her smile! lol
Chet: "All right, let's all come sing Happy Birthday! She's probably gonna hate it, but whatever." lolol And she kinda did, but she got on board with all the clapping afterward.
You can always count on brunch food... the mini quiches, donuts, cream balls, breakfast casserole, and fruit salad did not disappoint!
Yaaay, Parker! lol Here she is with her Mom and Dad, clapping for her party two years in a row! =)
Real life Parker vs. Cutout Parker, year one and year two! =)
Tate and Parker with my bday gift, year one and year two! lol
Tate as Grogu, aka Baby Yoda!
I was honored to finally meet Mr. Henry Edward on his 2-month birthday!
Kelly and I got a chance to catch up on life, as well! Baby Henry is sleeping here. (Jeffrey was also there, but I didn't get a group pic this time.)
Baby girls (including Parker E., Amelia Belle, and Kate) tend to find this colorful, layered necklace enthralling! I chose it deliberately for this event. lol
Most of the kids were excited about this bouncy house, which fits nicely in their game room for cold weather days! =)
Jessica chatting with the Wilson fam... Parker trying to put on the Olaf mask! *Exciting news: Baylee and Michael will welcome their second baby boy sometime this week! =)
Parker refused to get in her Moana "boat," but Bill climbed in for this photo with the grandparents! ❤
Ellie bringing her gift over to Parker! ❤
After the party, I drove past the roped-off crime scene at the Kum & Go and buckled down for my final Ethics role play at Panera! I'm grateful to see some improvement on those over the past year - I feel slightly more comfortable and confident now, and I hope to keep growing. In the remaining time before our Red Rock dinner, I completed my final week of homework for this semester... huzzah! So glad to be done and have a lovely, restful Sunday today!!
Apple is attempting to manipulate me into buying a new phone by giving me blurry photos... annnd it's working. lol Still, this pic of our Red Rock dinner makes me smile, and these friendships are a gift from God!
"That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and hold it, squeeze it and own it, 'cause we consider these minutes golden." Eminem got that right - those lyrics are perfect for picture people like me! I am slightly ridiculous, so I spent about an hour sitting in my car listening to music and happily editing the day's photos before starting my drive home from Tulsa. lol Included in that was creating this happy collage of memories with the Wilsons and Fultons. FUN! ❤
Happy Sunday, framily, and Happy Birthday to Parker (exactly one month before Karli's). See y'all tomorrow! =)
