Transforming Truth - Saturday

This week, I am posting what I call my "Power Thoughts" for each day.  I recorded videos of me reading them out loud (around 3-4 minutes per day), and I've been listening to them every morning as I get ready for work as a part of my morning routine.  My hope is that it will engrain these truths more and more firmly in my mind, reprogramming my thinking to be more aligned with God! (The first and last paragraph are the same every day, and the rest of it is unique for that day.)

SATURDAY

 Jesus, You are Lord.  I belong to You, and I belong with You.  I love and trust You with all my heart.  Today is the day You have made.  I will rejoice and be glad in it!!  I give everyone and everything that’s on my heart today to YOU, Lord! 

Father, I pray for pure relationships characterized by Your love where we enjoy each other and live life with a shared mission!  Bring me the peers, mentors, men, and women You have chosen to be part of my life!

 Father, the love You have for Jesus is the same love You have for me.  I receive Your love with gratitude and confident hope.  I invite You to shape, lead, and guide my life. I choose to listen to Your voice & receive Your peace that passes understanding.

 I put on the full armor of God: the shoes of the gospel of peace, which allow me to move in step with Your Spirit.  The belt of Truth, whereby I love the things You love and hate the things You hate.  The breastplate of righteousness, which protects my heart by knowing who I am in Christ. The helmet of salvation, whereby my hope is firm and secure in the coming Kingdom of Christ.  The sword of the Spirit, armed with the Word of God.  And the shield of faith, whereby I am sure of what I hope for and certain of all that I do not yet see. I am clothed in Your armor today, Lord!

 I believe God’s Word is truth.  His truth does not diminish or weaken over time.  The message of the Kingdom is bearing fruit and growing stronger, just as it has in me!

 I consecrate my life to Jesus today.  Create in me a clean heart, oh God, and renew a right spirit within me.  

Now is the time to get rid of anger, rage, malicious behavior, slander, and foul language.  Jesus, I present myself to You now to be made whole and holy.  

I call forth the creative life of Jesus working in me and through me!

I am fearfully and wonderfully made, created in the image of God!

 I consecrate and dedicate my home to the rule of Jesus Christ.  Holy Spirit, fill every part of my home with love, peace, comfort, and holy rest.  Jesus, I ask You to cleanse my home and build a shield of angelic protection around it!

 In Jesus’ name, I break unhealthy soul ties and unholy relational bonds, allowing only the love of God and the bond of the Holy Spirit to come between me and others.

 Lord Jesus, I come to You now to be restored and renewed in You!  In all that I now pray, I stand in total agreement with everyone praying for me by the Spirit of God.  My heart is open to hear from God.  My heart is good soil, and my life will produce good and lasting fruit!  My soul is anchored by the firm and secure hope set before me… that Jesus is coming back for His church, and I will be ready for Him!

 May Your Kingdom come, Lord.  May Your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven.  Surely Your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the LORD forever.  In Jesus’ name, Amen!
