This week has been intense with four (technically five) parties and my first solo Texas trip (with disappointing medical news - but I'm feeling much better about all of that now). I completed a week's worth of homework in a few hours late last night, and today, I'm catching up on some blogging so that I can fully focus on my five transcripts during the work week ahead! =)
Dad's milestone events came first, then Friday was Kyndal Faith's 10th birthday party... she had four of her closest girlfriends over for a fun slumber party!
I was only there for parts of this one, but Rach had canvas crafts for them to color, then she took them to dinner at Cheddar's, followed by a late-night swim at Mom and Dad's, then cookie cake and a sleepover at her house... fun times!
She also got confetti poppers and yard signs, so it was super festive!
Dylan, Kyndal, and Olivia - cuteness!
A T-Swift themed birthday board Rach made for Kyndal! ❤
The awesome slumber party tents with a glow theme and black lights, which made me think of Ross and his ultra-white teeth! lol
Kyndal and Hadley... it really is fun to swim late with the colorful lights on in the pool!
I got up at 5am for the Dallas trip that day, then got back from Kyndal's party around midnight... then Saturday I drove to Tulsa by 10am for Heidi and Harvey's birthday parties!! Heidi's 1st birthday will be on Tuesday, and Harvey's actual 3rd bday was yesterday! ❤
Rachael and Rachel both went all out with the party decor this weekend! lol I loved the monthly photos banner!
Rachel's mom decorates these sugar cookies, and the attention to detail is super impressive to me!
Heidi Claire and her smash cake (made with frozen yogurt due to her food allergies).
The balloon wall was amazing! And yay for finally getting a pic with Chet in the center. lol
Before the rainstorm hit, the kids played with these bubble wands outside... so fun!
Gigantic bubbles!
It was Heidi's party from 10-11:30, then Harvey's party from 11:30-1:00! =)
Mom wrapped 3 gifts for me - her bows are always impressive!
Along with cute kid clothes, I got them a photo puzzle from Walgreens with this collage. The kids may not be old enough for it yet, but I knew Rachel would appreciate it! =)
The Incredibles t-shirt from the Wilsons was a hit!
Chet and Jeffrey went to get the pizza, and Parker entertained herself playing with Karli's hair! lol Her little laugh is the best... I love when kids think they're funny!!
Wilson fam photo op!
Sarah texted me this pic of their fam after the Bluebell Taste of Summer event - something I'll try to come for next summer!
And that concludes week one of August. lol
Hope you're having a fabulous weekend!!
