Veterans Day

One of these days, we all will stand before the Lord

And give a reason for everything we've done,

And what I've done is 

Trust in Jesus, my great Deliverer,

My strong Defender, the Son of God.

I trust in Jesus, blessed Redeemer,

My Lord forever, the Holy One!

Today (Veterans Day), I am deeply thankful to and for all those who have made sacrifices and fought to protect our freedom... to everyone who serves or has served in our military and to their families!!  With respect and honor and gratitude, thank you!

And in despair I bowed my head:

There is no peace on earth, I said,

For hate is strong and mocks the song

Of peace on earth, good will to men.

...Speaking of Christmas, we're decorating this weekend -- get excited!! =)

Also, happy 5th anniversary to Bill & Jill (who will be helping us decorate tomorrow - yay.)
